The property under the topographical number of Alap 215.
Rented house, an economic building on a property of 2231 m2 which is situated in Alap (Fejer county) on Dózsa György street 83. The building is the direct neighbour of the Company’s other property under the topographical number of Alap 214. Buildings are situated on this property, currently 143 m2 of it is built on. The Company’s office, social premises and two other buildings – dedicated for the future filling and management of mineral water – can be found here.
The property under the topographical number of Alap 213.
A property of 3928 m2 which is situated in Alap (Fejer county) on Dózsa György street 79. The building is the direct neighbour of the Company’s other property under the topographical number of Alap 214.
The property under the topographical number of Szekszard periphery 0239/2.
A “waterworks” property of 89 697 m2 which is situated by the exit called “Szekszárd Centrum” of M6 freeway. It has its own direct road connection. A total of 7 wells can be found on the waterworks. Two of these are drilled as deep as 370-375 meters and provide 2850 liters of water every minute. The other five, shallow wells on the property also provide us with a significant total of 8200 liter/minute water.
The property under the topographical number of Alap 214.
A property of 3448 m2 which is situated in Alap (Fejer county) on Dózsa György street 81., and the Alap – 1 mineral water factory is situated here as-well. The mineral water wells registered under the numbers B-37 and B-38 can be found here. The exclusive owner of the wells and the factory is the FuturAqua PLC. For the utilization of the wells, the Company signed a contract with its own subsidiary, Olup Aqua Ltd.

A property of 2257 m2 which is situated in Alap (Fejer county) on Dózsa György street 85. The building is the direct neighbour of the Company’s other property under the topographical number of Alap 215.
The property under the topographical number of Szekszard periphery 0239/5.
The property is a private road on a total of 3794 m2 which provides access to the mentioned waterworks.
The joint properties near Szekszárd
As a preparation for the utilization of the water source purchased by the parent company of the FuturAqua Group in 2018, the company previously bought the road on a total of 3794 m2, registered under the topographical number of Szekszard periphery 0239/5.
In 2018, the FuturAqua PLC made the deal for purchasing a water source with extremely good logistical qualities and outstanding water deposit. The 9 hectares of industrial property is situated on the periphery of Szekszard, on the northern side of the Keselyűsi road. A “waterworks” property of 89 697 m2 which is situated by the exit called “Szekszárd Centrum” of M6 freeway. It has its own direct road connection. Electricity is provided to the branch by its own, 250 kVa transformator, which is part of the 22 kV system. The water works is shaped as a rectangle, its surface is flat and planted with weed. A total of 7 wells can be found on the waterworks. Two of these are drilled as deep as 370-375 meters and provide 2850 liters of water every minute. The other five, shallow wells on the property also provide a significant total of 8200 liter/minute water. Some of the wells are operational already. Renovation and modernization of the others is among the plans of the Company. Based on total water supply, the source has extreme significance.
Besides the water source with great qualities, other ways of capitalizing on the territory with outstanding logistical characteristics is also a possibility.
